The laboratory TOC Analyzer HTY-WOT100 Tailin adopts the UV light-activated persulfate oxidation method to determine the TOC levels of water
The laboratory TOC Analyzer HTY-WOT100 Tailin is designed to determine the TOC levels of purified water, WFI, cleaning validation and etc.
It uses ultraviolet sodium persulfate oxidation method, one part of the sample is subjected to catalytic oxidation reaction with acid-added persulfate solution under ultraviolet light to generate CO2, and the other part is acidified with acid reagent to generate CO2; the generated CO2 is passed through the carrier gas. The high-purity nitrogen is respectively sent to the non-dispersive infrared gas detector, so as to obtain the total carbon TC and the total inorganic carbon (TIC) respectively, and the difference between the two is the total organic carbon.
The analysis is made by the software installed on computer, it is easy to operate and in compliance with the GMP and 21CFR PART 11 requirements.
